As a Coley Interactive Instructional Systems Designer, you'll use the latest tools and technologies to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for some of the largest customers in the world. You will work alongside fellow talented professionals and mentors where you'll have the opportunity to work through and learn the entire instructional systems design lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Generate storyboards for courseware development
-Work with subject matter experts/stakeholders and other personnel in the identification and development of content and learning objectives for eLearning courseware
-Work with graphic designers and programmers as required
-Assist with writing proposals for future eLearning projects
-Estimate level of effort for new courseware development or customization
-Ensure compliance with SCORM, 508, and other regulations and standards for all electronic components
-Ensure courses are complete, in compliance with standards and consistent with design plan
-Create products that are 100% accessible as defined by Section 508 and W3C standards
-Follows established eLearning development processes
-Actively participate in resolving technical issues
-Help generate ideas for innovative solutions to serve our client base

Required Qualifications:

-BA or BS Degree in Instructional Systems Design or related field. Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design or related field is preferred
-Detail orientated
-Highly motivated
-Ability to multi-task
-Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to receive a positive verification through the Government's e-Verify system
-Must be able to obtain a government clearance at the level required to access its system

Computer Skills:

-Must have solid understanding of the capabilities of eLearning development tools (Captivate, Flash, Captionate, JavaScript, HTML, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-Experience in the design of unified SCORM-conformant Sharable Content Objectives (SCO) based learning content and the SCORM manifest
-Adobe Acrobat
-Section 508
-Internet Search Engines
-SubVersion, OnTime
-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
