About MDnex:
MDnex is a medical network of doctors that helps keep each MD at the Nexus of their field. We offer everyday web apps to solve common problems for residents, doctors, and private practices.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of high performance, highly scalable web applications
- Be involved in all aspects of development -- playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment
- Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions
- Be self-motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a rapid application development environment

Experience:
- Expert in both PHP and Javascript/jQuery
- Experience working with a hefty amount of AJAX functionality for building user interfaces
- Extensive knowledge of LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) based development
- Experience working with Web Services in a highly scalable, highly available environment

Skills:
- Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
- Strong understanding of basic web skills (HTML, CSS and Javascript)
- Good communications skills and organization skills
- Ability and desire to learn new applications/processes/environments
