As a .Net Developer, your focus will be on developing and testing mission critical enterprise solutions and implementation of custom application development and selection using the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, BizTalk, WCF, WPF, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office and other advanced components of Microsoft technology.

You will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives leveraging the Microsoft technology stack to create desktop applications, web applications, and enterprise portals. You will build technical, management and planning skills by participating in large projects. You will improve your ability to think creatively, design solutions and interact with customers.
You will:
• Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and document results properly
• Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements
• Perform tests according to a given test plan and document results
• Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment
• Identify and escalate problems
• Maintain and repair existing applications
• Develop components of the technical solution proposal
Minimum Requirements:

You will have excellent communication skills and will have hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment.
Qualified candidates should possess:
• 1+ year technology consulting
• 2+ years as a programmer
• Deep Microsoft platform Skills
• Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications
• 2 + years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
o NET Framework
o QA & Testing procedures
o ASP.NET
o C#, Visual Basic .NET
o Microsoft SQL
• Knowledge in 1 or more of the following:
o WPF
o WCF
o Silverlight
• 2+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following development methodologies:
o Object Oriented Development
o Component based development
o Patterns
o Design for reuse
• 2+ years technical lead experience in one or more of the following roles (for higher level developers):
o Web Services DevelopmentApplication integration
o Testing & Deployment
o User Interface DesignProven ability to understand a customer's needs
• Strong customer service skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certification
• Functional Microsoft technology knowledge of the following:
o SharePoint
o Content Management Server
o Commerce Server
o BizTalk Server
