Technical Project Manager/Account Manager
Description
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, and most importantly, a friendly, consultative approach to addressing customer needs.
The candidate should also be able to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Technical Account Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
The Technical Account Manager also must communicate with the customer base acting as primary point of contact for all engagements with the customer. Responsible for the customer experience during implementation, and on-going services provided.

Job Duties

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely
and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other
stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze
results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or system issues
• Work closely with the client to ensure that the needs of the customer are considered
throughout the development of the project while maintaining the integrity of the scope of
requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical/business discipline with 2-3 years direct work experience analyzing and
solving business problems through the development and implementation of business/online
technology applications.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-
solving capabilities.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management,
clients, and other departments.
