We are looking for quick learners and hard workers, preferably with professional development experience to join our clients team in Lexington, KY . You must be fluent in Java, modern Web standards (HTML, CSS, XML/JSON, and JavaScript). Experienced with the Grails development framework is also highly sought after. Programming experience in Linux/Unix and experience in open source package utilization is desired. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a very strong foundation in computer science, design patterns, and industry-leading client/server best-practices. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field (required)
Master's Degree in CS or related field (desired)
1-3 years of professional experience with Java, HTML/JS UI, CCS, the DOM, and Ajax
Demonstrable knowledge of formal design patterns and industry best-practices
Some experience / familiarity with the Spring framework
Some experience / familiarity with Object Relational Mapping technologies (eg: Hibernate)
Some awareness / experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
Limited experience with the Grails framework
Focus on TDD and Test-first methodologies
Awareness / experience with Subversion and / or GIT
Comfortable with IP networking and associated protocols

Security experience (PKI, SSL/TLS, Fuzzing)
Experience with NFC and Location Services technology
Jenkins / Hudson experience
Nexus / Artifactory
Experience with any modern problem tracking / ticketing system
Experience with code coverage analysis / static analysis tools
Awareness / experience in application localization, i18n concepts
Experience with NOSQL (i.e. MongoDB)
SOAP-based Web Services experience
REST-based Web Services experience
Scripting language (Perl / Python / Ruby) experience
Experience with Linux / Unix / Solaris environments
Familiarity with Agile programming processes and methodologies such as Scrum
Experience overseeing/managing production Web application deployment
Experience with virtualization technologies
