As part of its continued growth, VersionOne is actively seeking a highly motivated individual to join our software product support team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this position you will provide customer focused technical support, directly assist VersionOne customers with questions & issues, as well as assist in the evolution of the support resources available to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone, web conference and e-mail support to VersionOne customers
• Manage timely customer communication and expectations
• Contribute to the product knowledge base and other support resources
• Participate in the continual improvement of the support process

This position requires a high degree of customer interaction, therefore written and verbal communication skills are very important. In addition the ideal candidate must have experience supporting software products and the skills necessary to identify issues that can occur with this type of application. Experience with agile methodologies is important, but not required, but having a passion for technology and willingness to learn agile methods is a must. You must also have the ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-energy, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years in software support with experience supporting SaaS a plus
• Technical experience and troubleshooting skills
• Troubleshooting web-based applications
• Experience with administration/configuration of Microsoft's Internet Information Service (IIS) and SQL Server
• Windows server administration
• BA/BS in a related field or Comparable Experience
