Our client in retail industry based out of bay area is seeking a database professional with at least 7 years of IT experience as a DBA(Oracle, MySql, DB2 etc) and at least 5 years as MySQL DBA.

1) Must be able to model and design large databases.
2) Someone with experience in OLTP database design and implementation will be preferred.
3) Must have proficiency in performance tuning.

Must be authorized to work in US.

Would be nice if the candidate is based in bay area and is open to face to face interview.
