Performance Test Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic Test Manager who has offshore and onshore experience managing large scale project teams ($million)
Must be able to demonstrate Project Management for QA Teams

Job Description

• Planning, defining, executing, and analyzing high-level performance testing strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.

• Leading team in implementing all actions required to perform an application performance test.

• Develop Performance Test Plan and Test Data Strategy.

• Supervising the design and implementation of performance testing scripts

• Coordinating with multiple teams and execute a performance test

• Coordinating with offshore on a daily basis

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Ability to gather NFR's from various vendors to meet Performance Test Needs

• Define Test Data Strategy for Performance Tests

• Experience in handling various test types like Stress, Load, Volume and Spike Test

• SAP Domain knowledge with experience in the following SAP R/3 Modules

o Financials and Controlling (FI-CO)

o Master Data Management(MDM)

o ECC

o SRM

o BI Reports

• Experience in Performance Testing SAP Net weaver applications

• Experience in Database Analysis and ABAP Analysis (STD,ST05 & SE30 )

Must have Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of Performance Testing experience.

• At least 3 years experience in SAP Performance Testing.

• Demonstrated skills in the following testing tool Sets: HP Suite (Quality Center, Performance Center and/or Load Runner).

• SAP Protocol knowledge (SAP GUI & Portal) in addition to other common protocols.

• Expertise in SAP specific monitoring tools like ABAP, ST05 & SE30 in addition to other common tools.
