Required:
• Excellent verbal communication skills. They will work very closely with the client.
• Strong written communication skills. They will be required to build user stories and use cases
• Good Process mapping understanding. They will need to build Visio process maps for new flows.
• Strong Siebel skills. If they don't really now basic Siebel navigation and capabilities, they won't fit.
• Strong analytical skills. They need to extract detail requirements for complex functions.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and or airline is a plus.
• The project is being delivered in an agile methodology so any true agile experience is a plus.
