Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
If selected for this critical role, you will get the opportunity to work directly with our USDA customer on the development and integration of an enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
If selected for this critical role, you will get the opportunity to work directly with our USDA customer on the development and integration of an enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Translating functional business requirements into technical system specifications.
- Interfacing with customers and providing input on technical design and/or development solutions.
- Developing custom MS Dynamics CRM software, which also includes configuration, interfaces, forms, workflows, etc.
- Developing functional scenario based test scripts and developing test data in support of User Acceptance Testing.
- Operating in a structured project environment.
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
- Participating in knowledge transfer to customer.
- Contributing in customer presentations, training, and/or in producing required documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS and 3+ years of relevant software development experience (i.e. .Net, C#, Java/JavaScript, and/or SQL Server) An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- At least 1+ year of solid experience with custom development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (i.e. custom entities, workflows activities, and/or user interfaces).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listening and soft skills
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated analytical, logical, and detail-oriented skillset.
- Ability to effectively deliver solutions for customers and present to stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency and ability to pass an in-depth USDA Background Investigation.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint, SQL Server, or Active Directory.
