Solve complex technical problems and debug support cases while following best practices guidelines

Assist with configuration of solutions to meet unique customer requirements

Create and maintain detailed system documentation

Provide technical support and guidance to users

Troubleshoot and problem solve complex customer issues

Schedule, monitor, and audit system and interfaces

Generate data files and reports from the SQL Server

Participate in development, testing, debugging and configuration of web based software products/applications

Skills and Experience

5+ years experience with software development

Hands on experience with .NET technologies including MVC

Understanding SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Agile/Scrum a plus

SaaS development environment experience a plus

ASP.NET MVC 3 with Razor and Entity Framework a plus

TDD (NUnit) a plus

Team City or similar continuous integration tool a plus

Subversion (SVN) or similar source code control tool a plus

Assembla or similar agile project tracking tool a plus

Automated testing tools, such as SilkTest or Selenium a plus
