Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical lead role as a .Net Developer for complex enterprise systems
Extensive experience developing enterprise software solutions using Microsoft C# .Net, .Net Framework, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WCF, WF and ASMX Web Services
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005/2000, Oracle and DB2 on the mainframe.
Practical experience with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML and MS DOS
Familiarity with industry standards, best practices and design patterns
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Self-motivated, takes initiative and works well in a team environment and able to meet deadlines.
Capable of working independently and with little supervision.
