Exciting opportunity to Join HSN's mobile team developing our mobile web site, iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows 8 applications. Must understand how to build large scale, flexible architecture in support of our mobile platform. This person will be mainly working on our mobile web site but will have opportunities to assist in our other apps.
All qualified candidates must possess the following core qualifications:
* A commitment to producing top quality, well designed and flexible custom applications.
* Very strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design.
* Demonstrated ability to design and assist in the timely delivery of high-quality software.
* Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
* Dedication to a collaborative working style and the ability to work well in small teams.
* A desire to learn and use new technologies Candidates must have demonstrated excellent oral/written communication skills, and interpersonal skills to support interaction with internal customers, team members, and internal management. The candidate must have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast paced / dynamic team environment and possess time management skills to meet schedules.
Requirements:
* Mobile programming experience
* C#, ASP.NET, ASP.MVC programming skills
* Strong understanding of and experience working with XML Web Services
* SQL development with MS SQL Server
* Strong UI skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Large scale commercial web site or app experience
Education & Experience Requirements:
* 5-7 years development experience
* Bachelors Degree preferred
