Computerized Facility Integration (CFI) is currently hiring for a Business Analyst (Application Consultant) with TRIRIGA experience to commute between Washington D.C., and Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is to advise the TRIRIGA Developers/Programmers as to how the business needs can be met with TRIRIGA as well as best methods and alternate solutions. The BA will define for the developers what changes need to be made to the system (detailed instructions). This position requires a solid understanding of both business and technical functionality as it relates to TRIRIGA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead communications with the client on business process analysis and process improvements.
• Provide domain expertise around all areas of business process and functional requirements with a focus on real estate and facilities management systems.
• Act as the lead and overall business process expert for the system being developed, ensuring that all client process and functional requirements are addressed.
• Identify efficient business process design solutions based on existing business process experience and knowledge.
• Understand the specific domain(s) of corporate real estate and be able to apply sound business process concepts and techniques to deliver on the functional design.
• Effectively communicate business process objectives, schedules and status with management, clients and other stakeholders.
• Work as a partner with the Senior Systems Architect or Systems Architect as well as the Program Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in combination to deliver on the overall client requirements.
• Monitor and manage all business process related communications activities. This includes some management of project resources, tasks and budgets.
• Understand the efficient design and configuration of process frameworks.
• Develop the project's business process and functional strategy, policy and procedure.
• Develop the project's business process acceptance protocols.
• Monitor, review and resolve all business process related issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the user training programs.
• Promote business process standards, tools, templates and governance processes.
• Travel required (up to 50%)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are required to lead client meetings, analyze business processes and propose process improvements, and develop functional and business requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the overall Real Estate business of Lease Administration, Space Management, Project Management and Work Management
• 4+ years of implementation experience mapping business processes to technology

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or Facilities Management

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Project Management & Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle concepts (SDLC)
