SCOPE
The scope of work includes all of the following:
* Install, support and troubleshoot routers, bridges, switches, hubs, network patch panels, and network interface cards.
* Maintain/implement the IP addressing schema.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the cable plant.
* Assist in the analysis of existing and proposed LAN to define the requirements for maintaining and/or implementing network solutions to meet the objectives of the organization.
* Terminate cable connections.
* Install, support, and troubleshoot the Active Directory.
WORK ORDER ADMINISTRATION
The Hospital Operations Manager will make written assignments, and review and approve the Consultant's time and status reports on a weekly basis. The Manager will monitor all expenditures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The Consultants shall meet all of the following minimum requirements:
1. One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years installing, and maintaining all of the following:
a. Ciscowork
b. Cisco PIX Firewall
c. Netscout
d. Foundstone
2. One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years installing and maintaining Cisco routers and switches.
3. One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years installing and managing Active Directory server/client.
4. One (1) year experience within the last two (2) years in the installation and troubleshooting of client software, operating systems: Windows XP and Windows 7.
5. One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years installing and managing Cisco Wireless Area Network.
6. One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years managing network performance through performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
