Our client, located in the Reading, MA area is seeking a Financial Systems Manager responsible for proprietary and non-proprietary reporting system support; act as the lead interface with corporate on financial systems and BI initiatives, optimization of financial system tools, FP&A reporting strategy support, and standardization of reporting between business units.

A financial background coupled with a systems background and experience with PeopleSoft and/or a CPA is highly desired.

Bachelor's degree in IT or Business with a strong systems background or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Accounting/Finance major with IT minor or IT major with an MBA with Accounting/ Finance concentration.

Must have demonstrated success (5 -- 7 years) in leading migrations/upgrades in Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, databases and supporting automation processes with extensive BI experience. Polished, professional with outstanding communication skills and the drive to succeed and motivation to grow within the company.

Monthly domestic travel is required.
