Looking for an Architect / Senior Core Java Software Engineer with heavy Spring 3.0+ and Spring MVC 3.0 framework.
Client is a startup based in Silicon valley, developing a B2B HRIS solution in the Cloud targeting to address a huge market and currently working with multiple customers to roll out the beta in Q2. The team consists of smart, high-energy and passionate members who love to play hard and change the world. Desired Skills & Experience
Well versed in Core Java 5+
Understands and able to apply OO design patterns, code refactoring, and general design best practices.
General understanding of fundamental computer engineering concepts like tcp/ip, various network apps (ftp, ssh, scp, etc.) as well as general troubleshooting skills.
Must be a self starter that can get going quickly with minimal guidance.
Require Spring 3.0+ preferred (Spring 2.5 ok)
Require Spring MVC 3.0+ preferred
Require Hibernate (highly prefer JPA)
Familiarity and/or hands-on with JAXB, JAX-RS
Familiarity with various web technologies and concepts (Servlets, JSP's, JSTL, HTML, Javascript, css, jQuery, etc)
Require relational database design and development
Nice to have familiarity with MySQL
Require familiarity of management and deployment of a Java Application Server (Tomcat preferred)
Nice to have familiarity testing with Selenium and SOAPUI.
Nice to have exposure to working within an agile process
Require Spring MVC 3.0+ preferred
Require Hibernate (highly prefer JPA)
