SUMMARY
Participate in the design, development and implementation of Audatex Systems. These systems are the foundation upon which Audatex products and customer solutions and applications are developed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Analyze, design, develop, acquire, test and maintain system software involved with program and data management, including operating systems, language processors and compilers, control programs, and data file management programs.
•Design and define system requirements for complex customer systems and/or prepare studies and analysis of existing systems.
•Determine system specifications, input/output processes and work parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
•Create software requirements and/or design specifications based upon requirements for new or existing products.
•Design and develop software programs using the applicable programming languages and tools for the product.
•Participate in the design of subsystems and integration of total system.
• Identify, analyze and resolve program support deficiencies, and develop and recommend corrective actions.
•Write test specifications, execute tests, and resolve errors found by testing. Maintain system/applications software and support filed released software.
•Troubleshoot software problems, isolate and fix errors.
•Collaborate with different development teams throughout the US and other international locations.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems is required.
•Minimum seven (7) years experience in Software Development.
•Hands-on experience C/C++/C#, BizTalk, UNIX, PL/SQL and SQL and other development tools.
•Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology.
•Requires practical understanding of continuous integration (CI) process and “best practices”.
•Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company both verbally and in writing.
•Ability to accurately establish the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set reasonable objectives and goals, anticipate and adjust for problems/roadblocks and measure results against goals.
•Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously.
•Ability to perform special assignments as requested by the Management team of Product Development.
•Ability to coordinate the software development lifecycle processes with cost perspective.
