• The SAP HCM Senior Developer & Technical Specialist position is to support the multi-year initiative to implement SAP Employee/Manager Self-Service and Talent/Learning Management features throughout Husky.
• Must have proven SAP development experience in implementing SAP Employee/Manager Self-Service, Talent/Learning Management, Time management, Performance Management, & Enterprise Compensation.
• Demonstrated senior level of experience in the areas of technical design specification, development, performing configuration and coding/report development to match business needs. In addition to your impressive SAP development knowledge you must possess excellent team working skills
• The analyst must adhere to Husky standard and ensure all system changes are documented, tested and approved before implementing.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Extensive SAP development experience with SAP HCM modules & good understanding with FI/CO integration.
 Demonstrated senior level of experience in the areas of technical design specification, development, performing configuration and coding/report development to match business needs.
 Excellent team working skills
 Extensive technical experience in SAP ECC 6 (Ehp 4) & EP 7.01
o In-depth experience on ABAP, BAPI, RFC, ABAP/Java Web Dynpro, Dynpro, Java exposure, NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI)
o SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe is integrated into SAP NetWeaver / Smartforms / request based forms
o SAP Workflows
o HR Webservices
o Enhancement / User Exits / Business Add-ins (BADI) / Generic Services
o Familiarity with ESS and MSS portal configuration & development
o RICE - Reports, Interface, Conversion and Enhancements.

 Good functional knowledge in the following HCM modules & processes
o Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll
o SAP Employee/Manager Self-Service, Talent/Learning Management, Time Management, Performance Management, & Enterprise Compensation.
