We
are seeking a creative and passionate support technician excited about been at the
forefront of technology.  Main responsabilities:-      
Provide first level of technical
customer support via email and phone.-      
Troubleshoot and solve problems
involving the infrastructure.-      
Monitor systems and handle alerts.-      
Routine maintenance including
checking dashboards and looking into anomalies.-      
Resolve customer tickets and diagnose
new issues. -      
Document and escalate customer
issues.-      
Communicate with customer’s IT to
provide technical help.-      
Communicate with other teams to
explain issues, get support to solve them.  Requirements:-      
Experience with customer support.-      
Passionate about solving problems.-      
People skills: loves
customers/people, enjoys teaching/explaining, patient.-      
Good networking skills.-      
Good knowledge of Linux-      
Interested in open source. Language:-      
Bilingual (French/English)-      
More languages are a plus
