The technology director is responsible for daily operations and long-term service development and production in respect to the technology vision, strategic planning and supervision of production.Responsibilities:- Execute strategic planning, resource management and allocation of tasks- Develop, implement and strengthen the structure and processes to maximize communication and interaction with other services- Monitoring projects and set priorities for development- Establishes design improvements to meet existing and future market- Determines the characteristics of projects and draw up the documents defining the needs- Communicate with partners and collaborates with business and technical agreements- Work closely with teams of consulting services to assess and define customer needs- Presents the projects and services to customers and partnersRequirements / skills:- Bachelor's degree (a graduate degree is an asset) in computer science, engineering or related field- 10 years experience in interactive, web, social media and mobile project development- 5 years experience as a team lead- Bilingual: English / French
