Job Title:	PeopleSoft Financials Specialist

This role is for a PeopleSoft Financials resource on the Operations & Support team. This individual will be responsible for supporting PeopleSoft financials production, role responsibilities include both Tier 3 support of end users as well as design, development and test activities for release updates/upgrades.

This person should have good familiarity with PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable or both. Position requires a Federal background investigation.

Required:
• PeopleSoft Financials experience -- AR or AP. Preferably both.

Preferred:
• Customer support experience

• Functional Test Planning-Preparation-Execution

• Provides periodic support of the project's nightly batches, Tier III customer support team, and other project processes as needed.

• Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines and appropriately escalate issues to a manager or supervisor as needed.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
