Candidates should be versed in use of development related tools/industry standards/IS standards, be able to translate requirements of low to moderate complexity to program specifications, write
program specifications of moderate to high complexity from high-level specs., write programs of low to high complexity matching detailed specs., and develop/execute tests cases and unit test plans.
Requires good oral and written communication, planning, organizing, controlling, decision making, problem-solving, accountability, initiative, analysis and judgment skills. Bachelor degree in Computer
Science/related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.

Experience:

5-8+ in systems analysis and applications programming development. Should only require light supervision for low to moderate complexity project task work. Candidate should be eligible for UPS hire.

Management Skills:
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as actively within a team. Must be self-motivated, dependable, proactive, organized, communicate clearly both orally and written, possess expert C# proficiency, .Net WIN Form, and Windows desktop application development. Person will be expected to develop C# desktop applications using VC2010. Knowledge of SQL2008 is required.
