Client: Nissan North America
Location: Onsite -- Nashville, TN
Reason for Hiring: Existing resource resigned, and there are no profiles available within MSat to suits the requirement.
No. of Positions: One
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
• Leading PeopleSoft Application System administration and Techno-functional activities
• Primary production support for administration of PeopleSoft HRMS environments in Nissan North America Inc.
• Leading and mentoring the team of PeopleSoft System Administrators onsite and offshore
• Coordination and execution of User Acceptance Tests, Performance Tests and Go-Live tasks for PeopleSoft enhancements and upgrades
• Implement and administer third party integrations to the PeopleSoft HRMS systems including application messaging
• Performance tuning and troubleshoot PeopleSoft application and database performance issues
• Support for HRMS Development Teams and migration of projects to development, acceptance and production environments
• Maintenance and monitoring of PeopleSoft Web Servers, Application Servers, Process Schedulers and Database servers
• Planning and execution for PeopleSoft installations, HRMS application upgrades, infrastructure changes, PeopleTools patches, updates and bundles
• Client facing and coordination with Nissan North America Inc.'s Systems for all maintenance and outages of PeopleSoft HRMS environments and Flexible in work hours.
