TITLE: Quality Analyst II
LOCATION: Alpharetta GA

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for verifying the quality of Specialty Retail lead generation, enterprise resource planning, and support infrastructure. They will design, develop and execute test plans and scripts for all components of the tools that support the Sales Force, the quote to cash process, and Help Desk and Field Services to ensure the delivery of quality software that exceed customer specifications.

Occasional Travel to meet with clients is expected
Occasional Travel to remote office is required

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Reviews and provides feedback around design documents, functional specifications, and test plans
• Develops test plans and tests cases that validate requirements are met
• Confirms, reports, and manages defects
• Prioritizes critical elements/actions during the software testing cycle
• Prepares time estimates and work plan necessary to achieve the goals for assigned projects/features
• Identifies testing risks and propose solutions to mitigate
• Provides escalations in a timely manner and through the appropriate channels
• Provides input into continually improving Quality processes and procedures
• Serves as an escalated support resource for products that we release.
• Troubleshoots and verifies hardware and software issues reported internally and externally from the field

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2--5 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office S/W suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or XML
• Experience with Agile Testing methodologies
• Testing experience, preferably in a Windows environment
• Software / Hardware support experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hands on automated testing a plus
• Experience with Salesforce DOT com, or other SaaS solutions
• Experience with ERP platform
• Experience with Help Desk tools
• Retail experience is a plus
