iCrossing is looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Media Team as a Media Analyst. In this position, you will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals.

Specifically, the Media Analyst helps with all aspects of executing high profile and complex digital media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and campaign reconciliation. The emphasis for the Media Analyst is on quickly learning and demonstrating mastery of basic digital media planning, buying and research.

The Media Analyst is expected to be a highly motivated individual with a demonstrated knowledge and/or interest in digital marketing and possessing the drive to learn and master search engine marketing skills.

- Participate in digital media planning, buying, research, stewardship. .
- Integrate digital media with existing capabilities in search, mobile, and social
- Work with supervisor to provide clients with full-service online media options, specifically in branded (display) advertising, as well as partnership, sponsorship, and content-driven campaigns.
- Drive digital media campaign strategy
- Manage and optimize digital media campaigns
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in online advertising field
- Experience with third party ad servers
- Experience with Facebook campaign implementation and management
- Working knowledge of excel and power point
- Working knowledge of Nielsen @plan, AdRelevance and Comscore
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment
