Have to provide java programming skills and experience for aFAA ATO IT software development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manages new requirements;
• Develops web applications and/or web services;
• Designs;
• Provides well commented code and documentation describing the requirements approved design development specification test procedures and results;
• Responsible for development and maintenance of existing Java based applications:
• Works on multiple projects as assigned in support of FAA ATO IT projects as determined by the customer site lead and by contract team leadership.
Educational Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science or similar technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• FAA ATO (Air Traffic Organization) experience a plus
Required Certificates:
• Java/J2EE programming experience;
• Spring and/or Hibernate Foundation experience;
• MS Office 2007;
• Experience in iterative RUP or Agile software development;
• Java/J2EE programming experience;
• Web Services Programming Experience
• IDE: Eclipse
• CM: CVS
• Desired: JIRA issues/bug tracking
• Desired: SOA and ESB experience
