We're looking for a standout, passionate, resourceful QA Manager to join our team. We need a leader who is comfortable managing a team of QA engineers, interacting with clients, and working closely with product and project managers, all in a highly dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of the testing phase of software development projects.

The right candidate is passionate, customer-focused, and technically savvy, with a strong background testing web applications.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of QA engineers on fast-paced web development projects.
• Develop test plans and review test plans developed by others and provide feedback to ensure test coverage.
• Work with product and project managers to define testing scope, determine initial project QA estimates and timelines, and assist in the development of project documentation
• Perform hands-on testing and mentor QA members on testing techniques.
• Proactively recommend process, methodology, and technology/tool improvements based on industry best practices.
• Perform project reviews for automation feasibility and execute audits on web page performance and back-end stability and load.
• Report to stakeholders the status of sprint deliverable, risks, and impediments.
