If you're interested in joining a fast paced, high-growth industry, then read on. Due to our growth, we are seeking several individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Managers. The individuals will:

Source, recruit, interview and qualify Information Technology (IT) Professionals for our clients throughout the United States;
Engage individuals on both consulting and full time direct employee roles with our client base;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT Professionals in a range of technical disciplines;
Participate in implementing and recommending recruiting strategies through on-line resume tools, social and viral marketing and other web tools.

Professional experience that may include: recruiting, telephone sales, tele-marketing or highly complex sales cycles. (Entry level candidates are welcome);
Great communicators;

People who are technically savvy: (Advanced Internet Searching, Utilization of Microsoft and other Software Tools; Social Media);
