Manager, Application Support
The Manager, Application Support is responsible for managing ongoing support for a large suite of applications. Working closely with full time and contract .NET developers, this individual will work with business partners to prioritize issues, schedule work, provide metrics and propose solutions to address issues.
The appropriate individual will have the following experience:
We prefer individuals that have earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7-10 years developing and supporting in-house applications
3-5 years of management experience in a Support organization
Strong understanding of .NET development
Experience with Project Management methodology and hands-on PM experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and planning skills
Strong organization skills and the ability to strive in a deadline driven environment
Must be able to work under high pressure/quick response environments
Willingness, ability, and flexibility to adjust work schedule for occasional nights and weekends in case of business need
