We are seeking an experienced and personable individual that is motivated to support our organization's computer systems. This position will entail several roles and responsibilities that include: understanding and configuring networks, troubleshooting software and hardware, installing and utilizing standard applications, maintaining and rebuilding desktop systems and peripherals, vulnerability mitigation, software/hardware procurement and management, I.T. Security compliance, work order tracking, user training, respond to customer requests as needed, and other duties as assigned.
Relevant computer systems course work, knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, and the Mac OS, experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, fundamental understanding of computer systems and networks, programming knowledge is a plus, database knowledge is a plus, the ability to work well with individuals and groups, good customer service skills, innovative, outgoing, task oriented, and motivated to help the Division be successful.
