Key Responsibilities

• Record, manage and escalate product service problems
• Eliminate potential incidents before they occur and implement solutions
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding system features
• Detect/assess unexpected behaviour or results of the system
• Work on new development requests
• Actively contribute to product knowledge base
• Communicate and enforce coding standards
• Participate in conference calls and site meetings with clients as necessary
• Seek and participate in development opportunities about and beyond required training
• Special projects as required

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing information access solutions on Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008 using the following tools: VB.NET, C#, VB6, C++, SQL Server, Access, ASP, ASP.NET, and Javascript (jQuery), HTML, CSS
• Demonstrated knowledge of relational database technology
• Extensive knowledge of relational database technology
• Extensive knowledge of internet technologies
• Proven understanding of KUBRA technology solutions, production features and functionality
• MS-SQL query language
• Ability to generate reports
• Strong communication/writing skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Team player

Qualifications

• Degree of diploma in Computer Information Systems
• 3+ years of development/programming experience
• MCAD Certification, .NET Certification an asset
• Experience in problem management
