Scope of Work
Client is seeking an enterprise ERP Developer/Business Analyst to complement the current ERP implementation team in the areas of HCM workflow modifications, EBS report creation, Self-Service development and personalization.
ERP Development - HCM Self-Service development and personalization, HCM Workflow modifications, and HCM knowledge transfer and HCM training.
EBS Reporting - Creation of operational reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Report requirements will be identified by the HCM implementation team.
Key Relationships
Works with the functional ERP HCM team (functional and technical), as well as Change Management Team.
Works with Data Warehouse Team in the overall strategy of an Enterprise Data Warehouse.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of Oracle E-business HCM with at least two implementations of EBS HCM with focus on HR, Manager and Employee Self-Service and iRecruitment. Technical knowledge of OBIEE.
Demonstrated ability to side-by-side with Client staff to facilitate knowledge transfer.
