JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job)
Oversees and configures transactional content processing solutions as assigned and designed by the technical account managers and assigned by the Production Application Services Manager. Executes, monitors and supports testing of configurations for unit and end to end testing
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In this position, either directly or through others, the successful candidate will:
Work with project management resources to ensure that configuration times are allotted to properly execute new configurations or make changes to existing configurations. Work with technical account managers (TAMs) to understand the technical design and technical configuration parameters and complete associated configuration and configuration testing. Utilizing common testing practices to test functional processing of information across configured workflows including all mailroom, scan center, data capture and data import/export functions ensuring accurate processing for normal and error conditions. Utilizing configured reporting ensure that data processing can be tracked throughout the lifecycle of the workflow from the moment it is created until final disposition to the customer with proper reconciliation of work during the total lifecycle of workflow. Act as an escalation resource regarding technical support issues that are related to workflow processing. Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:
Some college coursework preferred. 2+ years developer experience in web application development on a Java platform including application and database SQL development required 2+ years UNIX systems administration experience including development of scripts in Perl and shell scripting languages preferred 1+ year experience in developing reports on oracle databases preferred. Experience in the design, deployment and production turnover of document processing and workflow systems such as Filenet, Documentum and Captiva required. 3+ years data capture, imaging, workflow experience strongly preferred.. Sound knowledge of production operations, quality practices, and client service. Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated track record adhering to tight deadlines. Customer-service minded Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements. Maintain a problem solving approach balanced between analytical and intuitive solutions.

This position generally requires a 40 hour work week with on call responsibility for assigned configurations May be required to lift up to 30 pounds. Travel up to 25%
