Duties: - Participate in business and system planning sessions (defining new integration points will operate)
- Proactively work with various business application owners to understand and document business requirements
- Create business requirements and system functional requirements documents
- Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications focusing on integrated and reusable solutions

- Assist/define project scope and prioritization of deliverables

- Assist with development plan and cost estimates

- Coordinate tasks with offshore and onshore development teams as necessary

- Participate in and/or facilitate design review sessions to seek out alternative solutions and best practices

- Generate significant new processes and functions that improve the integration of multiple activities

- Promote and develops reusable models for delivery
Mandatory Skills: - 10 years experience working in large size companies as business analyst

- Ability to take initiative and seek out information from business team members

- Ability to organize unstructured information from planning sessions into formal business requirements documents and system functional requirements documents.

- Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Test, etc.

- Must have the ability to work well under pressure, independently prioritize workloads and work under time constraints

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 suite of programs (Word,Visio, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Experience with performing quality assurance task related testing to include creating test cases, executing tests, providing validation, problem reporting, and resolution

- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, formulate conclusions and make recommendations

- Must be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment

- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving skills with extreme attention to detail

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills

Secondary Skills: - Subject matter knowledge of Manufacturing Operations (orders, purchasing, invoicing, etc.), preferably with knowledge of Automotive/Fleet Industry specifically

- Subject matter knowledge of Product Sales and inventory Operations

- Subject matter knowledge of EDI transactions

- Subject matter expert in integrating security to existing applications.
