We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager (Sr. Interactive Account Manager) to join our rapidly growing Campaign Management team.

This multi-faceted position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker. From campaign execution to optimization, a Senior Account Manager needs to understand client needs from top-level strategy to gritty details. Responsibilities include:

• Working with assigned Account Supervisor to define client and advertising campaign strategies
• Conferring with creative and media teams to develop the campaign strategy, select applicable media, determine the timing and placement of ads, and estimate all campaign costs
• Submitting advertising and marketing campaign proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to client for approval
• Conferring with client, utilizing product knowledge and research, to determine advertising goals and budget limitations
• Providing clear and timely direction to all other agency departments regarding the campaign via team meetings, work orders, work order revisions, creative and media briefs, task and status reports or similar communication vehicles
• Coordinating client and brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings and periodic update meetings with the client
• Using market research to evaluate, adjust, and redirect campaign as necessary
• Managing all day-to-day client account activities
• Maintains a focus on the short-term campaign deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client's long-term goals
• Maintains confidentiality while working closely with client regarding all aspects of campaign

Requested
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or similar discipline
• 4+ years of prior experience within an advertising or marketing agency or similar industry
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager supporting Interactive media
• The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including assessing situations, evaluating options, drawing conclusions and making decisions
• Experience motivating and leading others in the development, direction and execution of advertising projects and campaigns
• Demonstrated successful track record of upselling and expanding business within existing customers
