Job Description: The successful candidate should be very well versed in Flex Designing. Should have strong experience with visualizing and designing web 2.0 applications.

We are looking for Flex Designer & not Developer.

Roles and Responsibilities: Duties will include

· Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues

· Interface with clients to gather requirements based on existing business processes, goals, and user needs

· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure application designs meet both client and end user needs

Required skills and experience:

· Flex Designer with hands-on experience in visualizing and designing web 2.0 applications

· Well versed with User Centric Design system and RIA based prototypes / application simulations

· Develop navigation, interaction, nomenclature systems, and UI diagrams

· Create task analyses, UI documents, user interaction models, information architecture diagrams, and Flex apps simulations / prototypes with little direction

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT Related
