The position requires demonstrated success working directly with customers implementing new SaaS products, achieving high customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of the solution. The ideal candidate has a balance of customer facing skills and technical acumen. Primary Responsibilities:
-Own a set of customer facing technical implementations for ADM

-Support existing customer implementations as customer issues are reported

Secondary Responsibilities:

-Build documentation, processes and tools for services to ease implementation

-Provide feedback to product management around improvements for customer-facing capabilities as well as technology for services improvements

-Scope out implementation costs for ADM prospects

Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of deploying technology solutions required.

- 2+ years in health care information technology or services required

- Previous experience with Internet based software applications required

- Clinical diagnostic lab market experience or Health Insurance plan experience preferred

- Experience working strategically and tactically on a high performance team with multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Additional Knowledge & Skills
-Technical experience with: XML, SQL, TCP/IP, FTP, Web SaaS architecture

-Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-Technical experience with XSLT, Oracle DB, EDI, HL7, X12 a plus.

-Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

-Ability to work effectively with a virtual team spread geographically and across departments
