Cisco Call Center Application technology as an Application Consultant.
Presales qualification, Deployment support and Tier III technical support are required.
Cisco technical skills listed below.

3) Call flow documentation expertise;
4) Cisco TAC procedures;
5) Expert level MS Visio and standard Outloook, Word, Excel Project, PowerPoint use;
