Technical Hands-on experience of AS/400 570 Series, OS/400 Operating System V5R3, SYNON/2E, DB2, RPG, Sequel
·Candidate should posses the Supply chain Domain knowledge to support Order to Cash functionality and includes Order Entry, Order Processing, Customer

Service, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping and Invoicing.
· Should have experience in L2 / L3 Support, Change Management, production script and execution
· The job responsibilities would also include:
· Review Help Desk Tickets, understand and recreate issues, identify and communicate known resolutions, and present outstanding tickets at weekly

Help Desk meetings.
· Work with customers directly to clarify issues and obtain more information if necessary.
· Work with Developers explaining the problems.
· Follow up with customers to determine if issues have been resolved.
· Communicate daily with onshore Help Desk Administrator, and hand-over any critical issues for follow-up.
