We currently seek an experienced Flash developer to join our Clinical Education team as a E-Learning Manager. Selected candidate will work from home (position can be based anywhere in the U.S.) developing all e-learning material/content in Flash and Captivate courses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborate with/advise teammates on graphic elements and media options
* Develop content to completion
* Evaluate/collaborate with the team to determine which educational content works well in an e-Learning environment vs. the need for a live instructor
* Serve as project manager for assigned LMS offerings
* Develop Flash courses
* Develop Captivate courses
* Assist in maintenance of FTP site and Web site
* Build courses and wrap for LMS use
* Upload course content to staging server
* Develop graphics for: Flash, Captivate, visual content and various requests and advise when outsourcing is warranted/needed to achieve best outcome
* Assist in file management and upload for internal use
* Communicate regularly with Project leads, peers and SMEs

QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years experience of graphic design experience in authoring tools such as Abode Flash, Captivate, Breeze, Authorware, Dreamweaver and Toolbook
* Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks
* Graphic design skills for Flash, Breeze, visual content and various requests
* Computer skills to utilize the Web, Word, Excel and to create Power Point presentations
* Ability/desire to learn new software as needed specific to department needs: such as docent outliner
* Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept stage to completion, from both design and project management aspects
* Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to deal with changing priorities in a very fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
* Good follow through skills
* Ability to travel as job requires, estimated 10percent travel
* Very detail oriented and great organizational skills
* Positive and strong personality
* Great time management skills
* Self-starter, proactive thinker and problem solver
