Skills Required:
1. Reconciliation software packages
2. Account Maintenance software packages
3. Payment Processor (financial institution) integration
4. Payment Card Industry (PCI) experience,
5. Secure Web services (SOAP, SAML, WS-*)
6. Secure Managed File Transfer
7. EFT/ACH/NACHA
8. Sound knowledge of regulations pertaining to financial transactions required for Billing and Payment
9. Extensive experience in architectural role within complex enterprise-wide implementations
Significant exposure to and understanding of SOA architectures and their deployment

Experience Required:
1. Primarily accountable for the solution architecture & design for projects and programs.
2. Accountable for identifying and verifying appropriate solution alternatives and driving the entire technical design for the project including functional, integration, data and infrastructure design, and working closely with dedicated resources for each area.
3. Provides strong end-to-end leadership in the definition and build out of solutions as part of project teams.
4. Deep (5+ years) experience within the Billing and Payment arena, ideally within Insurance.
5. Strong understanding of the B+P functional domain (ie not just pure technical background), and an understanding of the specific challenges and needs of this area.
6. Strong batch background with ideally some exposure to scalability and performance requirements
