Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a software staff of 5 members.
• Willingness to be a hands on software developer and PM.
• Maintain high levels of availability of mission critical software applications.
• Coach and apply SDLC methodology towards software development.
• Vendor negotiation skills.
• Direct critical mid to long term “off the shelf” and “in-house” software development projects.
• Manage relationships with external clients.


Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree: computer science, mathematics, engineering
• 5+ years staff management
• 3+ years project management
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ASP.Net and/or Crystal reports software
• Knowledge of database concepts
