Our client is seeking a proven Technical Implementation Services Engineer who will be responsible for initiating and supporting the implementation of the Advanced Diagnostic Management (ADM) solution for new customers. You will work for a new, growing business within our client that serves providers, health plans, and labs in the life sciences and diagnostics space, providing a leading edge healthcare content and technology solution.
The position requires demonstrated success interfacing directly with stakeholders inside of our Client Organizations to ensure the efficient implementation of new SaaS products while ensuring that the product launches are delivered on-time and with a high level of satisfaction from our new customers. The ideal candidate has a balance of customer facing skills, technical acumen and optimization-driven problem-solving. This position will ideally work out of the Broomfield, CO office. Travel is estimated at 25-35%.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with our full-cycle customer facing technical implementation engineers for ADM -- You will:
o Own the technical project plan o Determine and configure customer settings in the SaaS application o Identify, report and, as often as possible, resolve (on the fly) customer issues o Test deployments o Effectively Transition accounts to Customer Support upon successful completion · Create data sets for loading into ADM · Train customers and Technical Stakeholders on the basic and advanced capabilities of the system · Report customer issues, resolve challenges whenever possible and work with our engineering team to troubleshoot, then communicate the plan for resolution back to the customer either directly or through the Implementation Engineer · Support existing customer implementations as customer issues are reported · Build documentation, processes and tools for services to ease implementation · Provide feedback to product management around improvements for customer-facing capabilities as well as technology for services improvements · Work with Integration and Engineering teams to understand level of effort for customer requests and support Sales' efforts to manage and meet customer expectations
Requirements:
· 5+ years experience deploying technology solutions · At least 2 years of IT Support and Troubleshooting (preference will be given to those with experience within healthcare IT/Services) · Development experience with web-based or SaaS products/applications · Hands-on technical experience with: XML, SQL, TCP/IP, FTP, Web SaaS architecture · Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Technical experience with XSLT, Oracle DB, EDI, HL7, X12 a plus. · Team player who can work intelligently, professionally and effectively · Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment is a must · Experience working strategically and tactically on a high performance team with multiple priorities and tight deadlines · Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required · 4 year degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical implementation experience
