1. Strong DBA experience (data security, performance tuning and monitoring, capacity planning, etc.). Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
2. Strong database development experience (data modeling and analysis, ETL development, T-SQL programming, data reporting)
3. Strong data warehousing and BI solutions experience
4. Exposure to .NET technology (C#, VB, etc.) and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008 useful
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to create clear and complete documentation about data and processes
