Growing Microsoft Dynamics Hosting and Gold Microsoft Partner is seeking a Customer / Technical Support Specialist, Level 1 for a full time position in Minneapolis, MN.

Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and is able to handle pressures of front line customer service/technical support with style because they have a history of problem solving and technical expertise with users of Microsoft OS's and applications. Candidate will have the confidence to carry out their role knowing they work on a tight knit team and will have the resources to succeed for the long term.

Candidate will be responsible for assessing calls, resolving issues and evaluating incidents to escalate to technical support level II, service centers or a third party provider. Candidate will perform triage and try to resolve issues on the first call, create and manage the incidents, insuring top-level customer satisfaction and experience. Candidate will play a role in monitoring internal network with consoles / dashboard and dispatch alerts to team members as required. In addition, assist service and integration technicians and service management team.

Strengths and Qualifications:
- Basic typing and data entry skills required.
- General knowledge of PC's and PC software required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- As position is technical in nature, familiarity with hosting technologies is required including: Microsoft O/S's, phone systems, basic networking hardware, and application/DB servers, basic TS/RDP, and understanding of monitoring tools.
- Networked printer experience is of particular importance.
- Understand the concept of an SLA and delivery of services via the Internet.

Desired Education and/or Experience:
- Two-year technical degree from an Accredited Institution or two years experience in customer service.
- Microsoft Certifications: MS 70-270 or 70-290 desired.
- Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge base and resolution documentation desired.

Compensation and other Considerations:
- Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional after hours on-call support.
- Re-location is not offered for this position.
- This is an entry level position, salary will be commensurate with that experience.
