We are looking for an entry level / Jr Java Developer for a permanent position in the Nashville, TN area. Candidate will join a team of 11 other Java Developers working on an in-house loan origination system. Client uses Agile development methodology so the ability to work well in teams and communicate is key. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, passion and enthusiasm for programming, and desire to be in it for the long-haul. Client offers excellent benefits and compensation, opportunity for growth and development, and stability in a growing, privately held company. Background check and drug screen required.

Must Haves:
- Object-oriented programming experience (preferably with Java)
- Internship(s), school projects, or other relevant work experience in programming

Wish List:
- Experience with Hibernate, Struts 2, SugarCRM, and/or JBOSS Application Server
- Exposure to JSP, servlets, AJAX, EJB
- Experience with PHP / Open-source tools
- Experience with Linux
- Experience in Finance / Mortgage Industry
