Responsible for managing day to day operations of practice functions (revenue, profit, quality, delivery assurance, RM, recruiting, solutions, etc.)
Build a strong team of consulting professionals who are subject matter experts in particular domain
Oversee execution to ensure high customer satisfaction
Manage profitability, utilization and team productivity
Maintain a CoE component in the practice for creating Go To Market (GTM) solutions, frameworks and IP
Responsible for growth, mentoring and development of leadership and affiliated team members
Collaborate with the organization to provide complete solution to customers
Participate in creating differentiators and service offerings that provide added value to customers
Understand a client's business organization, as well industry and segment trends
Developing solutions while helping GTM
