• 5+ years of technical working experience in Siebel CRM
• Experience in performing a Tech lead/architect role in developing Guest contact centers with Siebel CRM backbone
• Ability to provide direction and Planning for establishing Siebel CRM functionalities for ecommerce.
• Should have the ability to understand business requirements and estimate for the same
